Who writes our guides
Guides are written by medical writers in English, Italian and Albanian. Each language is written by a native speaker, not machine-translated.
Medical review
Every guide about a procedure, recovery or risk is reviewed by a surgeon before it is listed in search engines. The reviewer’s name, credentials and review date appear at the top of the page. Pages awaiting review say so.
Sources
Medical statements cite peer-reviewed research, professional bodies or official health sources. Prices cite our own survey or a dated, named source.
Independence
Writers and reviewers do not know which clinics pay a referral fee, and commercial staff cannot edit guides or scores.
Corrections
If you find an error, write to us through the contact page. Corrections are made within 7 days and dated on the page.
Updates
Guides are reviewed at least once a year and whenever the evidence changes.
